On June 30th, Sierra or I, or both of us, will pick the winner. The winner will recieve a banner. It doesn't have to be Avril. The 23-year-old singer was recently honored at the AG Hair Cosmetics’ 8th Annual Best Canadian Hair Awards for her pink tresses. She won the award for the best hair do among Canadian musicians.
